Consertus Acquires S2 Engineering, Expanding California Infrastructure Services

Consertus, Inc., a portfolio company of RTC Partners, today announced the acquisition of S2 Engineering (S2), a Rancho Cucamonga, California-based provider of construction management, inspection, engineering, and materials testing services for public infrastructure projects throughout the state.

For more than 25 years, S2 has partnered with transportation agencies and public sector clients across California, delivering construction oversight, field inspection, engineering support, and quality assurance services on complex infrastructure programs. The firm’s reputation for technical excellence, reliability, and client service has made it a trusted partner on some of California’s most significant transportation investments.

The acquisition strengthens Consertus’ presence in one of the nation’s largest infrastructure markets and expands its capabilities in transportation and public works. Together, Consertus and S2 are positioned to provide broader support for agency-funded capital programs, helping clients successfully deliver projects from planning through construction close-out.
